On Thursday, February 4, Le Central will donate 10% of dinner sales to PROJECT C.U.R.E to raise money needed for recovery and rebuilding efforts in Haiti following the record-magnitude earthquake on Jan. 12.

Le Central first opened its doors in 1981 on the southeast corner of 8th Avenue and Lincoln and has been in business for nearly 30 years.
