There are many ways to be involved in Project C.U.R.E. Project C.U.R.E. has five unique programs
that are aimed at helping provide individuals in developing countries with medical relief – ProCURE,
Corps, Cargo, Kits and Clinics.
PROCURE
ProCURE gathers new and overstock medical supplies and working equipment from manufacturers, wholesale suppliers, hospitals,
clinics and individuals and delivers that material to clinics and hospitals in developing countries.
CORPS
The C.U.R.E. Corps is a team of individuals, families, civic and church groups who share compassion for
people around the world who are in desperate need of medical attention. Some contact doctors and hospitals
to request donations, while others collect donations in trucks or mini-vans. Corps members also sort the
donated supplies, pack boxes, and load supplies into Cargo containers. They put the wings on "Delivering
Health and Hope to the World."
CARGO
Project C.U.R.E.'s Cargo containers are the size of a semi-truck trailer. Cargo provides an average of $400,000
in medical equipment and supplies. Each week Project C.U.R.E. delivers an average of two to three Cargo
containers of medical supplies and equipment to hospitals and clinics in developing countries. /p>
KITS
C.U.R.E. Kits are specially prepared boxes containing essential medical supplies and instruments. C.U.R.E. Kits
are designed to meet the needs for short-term medical missions abroad. C.U.R.E. Kits can be hand-carried by an
individual or group to hospitals or clinics in developing countries.
CLINICS
C.U.R.E. Clinics provides an avenue for volunteer medical professionals to travel to developing countries where
they offer medical services to people in need. Locations where Project C.U.R.E. has operated CLINICS include:
Guatemala, Kenya, Rwanda, Ghana, Bolivia, China, Togo and more.
