Send Health and Hope to Kids in Developing Countries

Hygiene products and basic “medicine chest” items are often scarce in the developing world. If a child gets hurt, families might have to travel a long distance by bicycle, bus or even on foot to receive care at the nearest hospital or medical clinic.

Working with pediatricians and nurses, PROJECT C.U.R.E. has developed C.U.R.E. Kit for Kids to provide parents with everything they need to help treat their child’s symptoms and illnesses. This small but powerful package contains items such as soap, hand sanitizer, pain reliever, adhesive bandages, and bug bite lotion. The Kit also includes solar light bulb to help prevent respiratory illness and painful burns from kerosene use.

How to Pack a Box

	Request a C.U.R.E. Kit for Kids box. Click here to determine if there is a PROJECT C.U.R.E. distribution center near you. If so, contact the operations manager of that facility to make an appointment to pick up the boxes. If you live in or near the Denver, Colorado metro area, please contact Megan Prentice to make arrangements to pick up the boxes or have them mailed to you. This process is important for us to keep track of boxes that are checked out.
	Fill the kit with ten different items from the supply list. Click here for a complete list of recommended items.
	Include your Donation. Please include a minimum donation of $5 or more for each shoe box you prepare to help cover shipping and other project costs. If you would like to include a Nokero Solar Light Bulb, please add an additional $10.
	Return the Kit to PROJECT C.U.R.E. PROJECT C.U.R.E. will deliver your Kit alongside other medical supplies and equipment for delivery to children and families in need around the world. Be sure to schedule a drop-off appointment with the manager of the PROJECT C.U.R.E. distribution center from where you picked up the boxes.
