Medical Mission Trip: Travel with a purpose to Jamaica in August 2025!

Join our team as we travel to Jamaica from July 27 – August 3, 2025 for an unforgettable medical mission trip. This trip will focus on providing primary care that covers a range of prevention, wellness, diagnosis, and treatment for common illnesses in communities.

Here’s What You’ll Experience

  • 4 Days of Impact: This life-changing trip includes 4 full clinic days providing vital care, plus travel time and a memorable excursion. 

  • A Meaningful Medical Mission: Help improve health outcomes and spread hope to underserved communities in the heart of Jamaica. We will be there for Emancipation Day on August 1st and will experience the cultural celebration. 

About the Jamaica Medical Mission Trip Cost

For a $2,800 tax-deductible donation, you will have everything you need for this incredible journey: 

  • Clinic supplies, equipment, and tests 
  • Accommodation, meals, clean water, and in-country transportation 
  • Medications, C.U.R.E. Kits, and Kits for Kids 
  • Medical travel insurance and enrollment in Safe Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) with the State Department 
  • License transfer procedures 
  • Project C.U.R.E. scrub set and T-shirt 
  • Excursion! 

Note: Airfare and vaccinations are not included. Alcohol, internet access, laundry, and personal souvenirs are also not covered.

Our team size is fourteen. Jamaica requires specific forms to operate a C.U.R.E. Clinic, which Project C.U.R.E. will provide and collect. Project C.U.R.E. needs all documentation and payment by April 25, 2025 to meet requirements.

  • Short Term Volunteer Forms
  • Form A – The Medical Act
  • Certified copy of Basic Degree Certificate – Doctor of Medicine
  • Certified copy of Current License
  • Names and Address of 2 Medical References
  • 2 passport photos
  • Work Permit Exemption Application Form

Medical Mission Nurse and Nurse Practitioner Requirements

  • 2 passport photos
  • Work Permit Exemption Application Form
  • Short Term Volunteer Forms
  • Blue Form
  • CV or Resume
  • Certified copy of birth certificate
  • Certified copy Marriage certificate (if applicable)
  • Certified copy of diploma or certificate from School of Nursing
  • Certified copy of Current License (need expiration date)
  • 2 written references from Nursing Supervisors

Medical Mission Optometrist Requirements

  • Short Term Volunteer Forms
