Our Clinic Model
Project C.U.R.E. Clinics are designed to support and extend existing local healthcare services—not replace them. Clinics are embedded within and anchored to local facilities to ensure care is appropriate, respectful, and sustainable.
Project C.U.R.E. Clinics aim to:
- Provide high‑quality, short‑term episodic care
- Support the catchment populations of partner health facilities
- Strengthen community trust in local healthcare systems
- Facilitate mutual knowledge exchange between visiting and local providers
Clinical Focus
C.U.R.E. Clinics provide short‑term, episodic primary care, with an emphasis on:
- Conditions that can be safely evaluated and treated in a single visit
- Interventions with immediate benefit and low risk of harm without follow‑up
- Care that can be continued or escalated within the local health system
The overall focus of the Ghana Clinic is to support existing health system efforts while extending services to reach broader segments of the surrounding communities.
