PROJECT C.U.R.E. is a nonprofit, humanitarian relief organization that delivers donated medical supplies, equipment and program services to medical professionals and the patients under their care in developing countries. Currently, Project C.U.R.E. is the world’s largest organization of its kind, delivering on average two 40-ft. cargo containers of medical relief every week. Since its inception 25 years ago, PROJECT C.U.R.E. has delivered nearly $450 million worth of medical relief to people in need in more than 120 countries worldwide.
Our goal is to open a fifth distribution center in Chicago. We look forward to partnering with the Chicago medical community to implement programs to recover medical supplies and equipment. Before we can begin collecting those medical resources, however, we need a distribution center to store, sort, test and process these medical supplies so that we can deliver them to the most needy clinics in the developing world and ultimately save lives.
