Karen Rosen brings more than 18 years’ experience in nonprofit administration, marketing and events to her role as director of events at Project C.U.R.E. Most recently she served as the Director of Development at Excelsior where she managed a comprehensive development plan that raised funds to provide important therapeutic and vocational programs for the youth in the program. Previously, Karen led an international organization that recognized excellence in law practice management and was influential in creating a new annual conference that doubled conference attendees and revenues.
Passionate about helping women, Karen administered a Village Bank program that provided small micro loans of $100-$300 USD to women in developing countries that they used to start or expand small businesses which ranged from purchasing goats or chickens to making and selling handicrafts and operating small storefronts. She also helped create the Alliance scholarship at three universities that support non-traditional aged women achieve their dreams of a college degree.
Karen is a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. She looks forward to building awareness and sharing the mission of Project C.U.R.E. to help deliver health and hope to the world.
